To ensure compliance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations and our insurance policy, all guests must present a government-issued ID along with the credit card used for online or phone purchases at check-in. The name on the credit card must match the booking name. If proof of ownership cannot be provided, guests will be required to make a new payment in full at our shop, with the original payment refunded.
Fraud Alert: Unauthorized Ticket Sales
Waikiki Dive Center does not sell discounted tickets or authorize third-party sales through “The Little Redbook” (小红书) or “RedNotes” Chinese social media apps. Any tickets obtained through these platforms will not be honored, and customers will need to repurchase their tickets in full at our shop.
To protect against online credit card fraud, all customers must provide proof of credit card ownership with a matching government-issued ID at check-in. If verification is unsuccessful, an alternative payment method may be required, with the original transaction refunded.
